CPR, AED use and choking-relief techniques
Standard & emergency first aid with cpr - c/aed
Learn the latest first aid and CPR guidelines and techniques that meet legislative requirements for the Federal or Provincial Authority Having Jurisdiction over first aid training for the workplace.
The course content meets the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) standard Z1210 for Intermediate first aid.

Fit Test (N95)
Qualitative Fit-Testing is required for N95 respirators and half-face reusable respirators.
This 20 - minute fit testing ensures effective and customized fit for your face, to protect you from airborne contaminants.
This style of fit test uses a bitter solution (Bitrex) for a taste sensitivity test and is a pass/fail assessment.
Fit testing is mandatory for many schools and workplace admissions, including Nursing programs, WorkSafe BC and Health Sciences.
